A nourishing blend of Organic Elderberries, Nettle, Oatstraw, Rosehips, Hibiscus, Lemon, and Ginger.
Directions:
Add 1/2 tbsp per 10-12 fluid ounces of water. Cover and simmer on low for 5 minutes with lid on to maintain beneficial volatile oils. Remove from heat, and allow to steep an additional 5 minutes. Enjoy as is, or sweeten with local, raw honey to taste.
