RETURN POLICY

Our Return Policy: Store credit will be issued only if a damaged product is received at no fault of the buyer, you must send pictures and a description of receipt condition to shopedithchloe@gmail.com within 7 days of successful delivery notification from the shipping carrier . No store credit will be issued after 7 days of package delivery notification. Credit will be at the shop owner's discretion. 

If a product appears to be intentionally damaged by the receiver, to receive credit or additional product the store owner reserves the right to deny store credit, return, and/or exchange. 

Store credit when issued must be used within 30 days of issuance. 

Exchanges are available within 7 days of package receipt, the buyer must pay for return shipping costs to exchange a product. 

* Edith Chloe Self-Care shop is a small boutique gift shop, product inventory on hand is typically in small quantity, and we cannot guarantee that replacement will be available in the event of a damaged product.
