A warming and festive blend of Elderberries, Cinnamon, Ginger, Hawthorn Berries, Orange Peel, Star Anise, Cardamom, and Allspice.
Directions:
Add ½ to 1 full Tbsp per 10 ounces of water. Simmer on LOW with lid on, for 3 to 5 minutes. Allow to steep an additional 5 minutes. Strain, add a fresh squeeze of lemon or honey if desired, and enjoy!
